Will the Mercury™ hold zero on high-recoil setups?
Yes. Mercury™ is built with a rugged aluminum housing, precise 1 MOA adjustments, and shock-tested durability. We’ve tested Mercury™ on everything from standard pistol calibers like 9mm, .40 S&W, and .45 ACP, all the way up to 10mm Auto, 5.56/.223 platforms, .308, and even 3-inch 12-gauge slugs. If your optic is mounted properly, Mercury™ holds zero — even under heavy recoil.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 3 years, depending on brightness settings and motion activation usage. Mercury™ uses a top-loading CR2032 battery and is optimized to stay ready without draining power.
Is the Mercury™ waterproof?

Amazing optic! I bore sighted the sight to my barrel and when I say it’s on point, it’s on point! Very easy install and use. Highly recommend this optic.

I mounted the Mercury to my Springfield Echelon. This is the red dot that moves in, raids your fridge, and still pays rent on time. It bolted onto my Echelon as it came in the same box. It wakes up when you move the gun, then takes a power nap after 5 minutes so you don’t have to babysit batteries. This is basically the only roommate you trust with your carry gun. 5 Stars

Wow!!! I didn't spect this item to work well, just because it's my first time buying. Absolutely, I recommend it!!!

love it

I love the mercury, it just works, and works well. it definately has the best glass in this price point.
Julius V.5/5Verified
these are awesome. I have purchased 4 and will probably end up with a few more.

tjos is my second one. the first went on my wife's M&P, she loved it so much, that I got one for myself. I removed the mecanik sight and installed the mercury. I also have another one coming for my echelon.
Julius V.5/5Verified
Exactly what I thought it would be. Awesome! I also bought a holosun for comparison. I returned the holosun. It was almost half the price with more features. It’s also made in USA!
Napoleon G.5/5Verified
So far so good. Easy install on my M&P 10 2.0 and it looks awesome on the gun. My only complaint is that the green dot could be a little brighter but it would not keep me from buying another.
Brad P.5/5Verified
This is a solid optic for the price. It's crisp even in broad daylight. Easy to zero in. I did have an issue with the battery compartment lid upon arrival, but support sent me a replacement within days. My only serious problem is the thickness. I have optic-height sights that still can't see over the baseline. Not an issue as long as the optic is working, but something to keep in mind. That's the only thing keeping this from getting a perfect score.

at times when I look through my green dot mercury, I can see the reflection of the housing in the glass. My experience with red dots is only my holosun on my pistol, so maybe since this is mounted on top of my ACOG the reason I can see the housing is because of how close I am to the optic. Aside from that, glass seems good quality, I love the green dot over my red dot holosun, easy installation, easy Zeroing with acceptable tactile clicks, easy operation of reticle swaps, overall a good buy, I would buy again. my only complaint beside the reflection (which could be user error) is the flathead tool provided to adjust the zero turrets isn't as snug to the indent as I'd like. It works, but if they could make it slightly thicker to where there isn't any play in the turret indent when I'm trying to adjust it, that would be great. I love to support American made and small businesses when I think its a good product. I plan on buying the Saturn ACOG to compare to my Trijicon ACOG eventually and maybe the upcoming LPVO.

Just got it installed on my LTT Beretta and it looks great.
Jim S.5/5Verified
Initial thoughts, the quality of it looks and feels great. It seems to be made very well, once I get some decent range time with it, I will have better feedback which may elevate it to the final star.
Roman R.4/5Verified
It is a good product with 4 different sight settings. Very visible. The only thing I dislike about it is it sits high to where I can’t use my iron sights unless I purchase suppressor height iron sights. I understand I could carry extra batteries but if I am in a situation I don’t have time to change the battery.

I’m having trouble finding an optic plate for the smith&wesson 2.0
Jay D.4/5Verified
Great purchase experience! Mercury punches with all the top brands and supports a homegrown company.
James D.5/5Verified
I really like my new sight; the fit and finish are excellent. My primary concern, however, is the power-up sequence. It takes a bit too long to wake up, and the button can be finicky to press correctly, which further delays getting the reticle on target. While I’m going to keep practicing with it, the lack of speed is concerning for high-pressure situations.

Awesome customer service nice product nothing to envy the Trijicon RMR HD will purchase again soon
J. B.5/5Verified
I waited to respond because I had to have my Glock 34 milled so I could mount it. And I have to say I’m very impressed with every aspect, price point, clarity, reticle options etc.. it actually feels very similar to my Trij—-n HD except this one has reticle options and less than half the cost. I actually want to purchase two more for other guns.

I love that it’s assembled/made in the USA and it’s priced right. It seems to be well made overall. The dot visibility is as good as my Holosun. The finish flaked off a little around the mounting screw holes when I installed it (before any real torque was applied to the screws.) I installed it on my Ruger RXM. The RXM has tall sights but the sights base was so tall I couldn't see the sights at all. I don't require complete cowitness but I at least need to see the sights in the bottom of the glass. The allen screws that come with it are garbage and need to be replaced with some quality torx head screws. One of the screws rounded off pretty easily when I applied light torque to the screw with the supplied allen key. I decided to remove the sight and repurpose it for a pistol cal carbine on an RMR to picatinny riser or a Ruger .22 pistol that I don’t need to see the sights on. I ended up having to drill the screw headout to remove the sight because one of the rounded off screw. My opinion is, I have mixed feelings about it. Being that I cant see the sights on a gun with tall sights is a deal breaker for me and that breaks my heart because I wanted to love it. Over all, it is punching above its weight at the price, especially considering its assembled/made in the USA. It’s not bad, it’s not great, it’s just good.

The Mercury is a great optic. Clean, sleek look on the pistol and it mounted up in minutes with no hassle. The dot is crisp and very quick to pick up, which makes target acquisition fast. After running it a bit, it feels solid and holds zero well. Definitely a good option if you’re looking for a reliable reflex sight without spending a fortune.
Enrique D.5/5Verified
The Mercury really sets off the look combined with the Saturn optic! Can't wait to try it out very soon.
A small design flaw. Used my bore sight to make sure they were dialed in together. The up/down wind adjustment cap on the Saturn cannot be removed with the Mercury sight installed on the RMS plate. Happy to send a picture or video to show.

Looks great does what it needs to do
Kenneth R.5/5Verified
Seems like a quality optic so far. Had to get an adapter plate to mount it to my new pistol. That's my fault, I didn't realize at the time of ordering what RMR base meant. I'm not sure what percent of customers would want to have an RMR vs. a rail mount optic. Either way I'm happy to try out and support a made in America product.
Mitchell W.5/5Verified
I like this so far and feel it's worth the money for what I hope to always be a reliable reflex sight.
The motion activation was probably my first most desired option and the Multi-Reticle System was practically equal to first. Weather resistance and a top change battery are non-negotiable.
Brant D.5/5Verified
Did not fit the footprint with the canik mounting plate installed. Just a touch too long to fully seat, but installed directly and fits in snug and secure.
Zachery W.5/5Verified
It arrived in a sturdy plastic box, with the sight well protected in foam, with the accessories beneath it. The well made adjustment tool works well with both the battery cap and the windage and elevation adjustments.
The brightness settings have enough range that it should work in any lighting situation. The reticles are clear and sharp to my no longer young eyes. Glass clarity is difficult to distinguish from Trijicon and Aimpoint optics that I have. It is definitely better than the Sig Romeo Pro, which is in a similar price range.
I haven’t yet had the chance to put the Mercury to hard use yet, but the first impression is really good. I will definitely be considering another Mercury for my future pistol optic needs.
Ryan T.5/5Verified
I would by this red dot again and recommend it. Battery access, multiple reticles, weight/feel. All just fine. My only gripe... to all red dot makers, can you all just agree to make the power on/off the (+) button for 3 seconds? I fumble for minutes each time i pick a different RD up.

This is a warranty replacement. We will see how this one holds up.
I have two on rifles and they work great. Riding the slide of a 1911 is one tough mission!

I havent have the opportunity to practice with it. But if i had no problems with it, I'll continuing doing business with you.
Margo G.5/5Verified
It’s my second Mercury!
James D.5/5Verified
Wish I could give it 5 Stars.
It gets 4/5 - it is clear, it mounts easily, has the battery in a place you can change without removing the optic, the reticals are good and I like the options, it looks durable, it was easy to sight in, however - and this is the reason it loses a whole star - the functional sight window is small, like ccw or RMSc small (think Osight's ccw SE series small). I wish I knew how small this sight window was when ordering - and it's because the body is the tallest I have ever seen on any optic I own (I have over a dozen), while the front glass is comparable to a vortex ST, the back body eclipses the bottom 1/3 of it from your view. I would not order again because of this.

Top Tier Quality and Packaging! I forsee this Cosmic Tactical Mercury Reflex Sight going on my firearms for the foreseeable future. Outstanding!
