Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on all orders.

Preorder & Backorder Items Some items on our site are available for preorder or backorder. These items are clearly marked on the product page.

• Preorder items have not yet shipped from our facility. Your payment is collected at the time of purchase, and your order will ship once the item becomes available. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and are subject to change.
• Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but available to order. These will ship as soon as inventory is replenished. Estimated restock dates are provided where available.

If your order contains both in-stock and preorder/backorder items, we will hold the entire order and ship everything together once all items are available. This ensures your order arrives complete in a single shipment.

You will receive an email notification with updated shipping details when your order ships.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@cosmictactical.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally.
